Excellent product - I think it's reduced congestion slightly in the couple weeks I've been using it. I'd love to see a 1% EDTA blend if that is possible. And I'd REALLY love to see a liquid for atomizing if that is possible.

This is the best xylitol based saline nasal spray on the market for me. It seems to have a bit lower concentration of xylitol, just enough to keep sinus tissues moist and slick, but not too much to cause build-up that is counterproductive. The EDTA seems helpful as well for minimizing build up of crusts. Keep making this product!

Started using Biofilm nasal spray after positive MARCoNS test. Using it twice daily without issues and nose and sinuses feel good. Will do a follow up test soon to confirm if it works.

I have been using biofilm clear for a year and a half, and it works better than any saline solution spray or antihistamine or steroid in keeping my nose clear. I will be using this long-term if my allergy symptoms persist and my nose is congested.
Although I am still fighting excess drainage, this nasal spray has kept it from becoming an infection. The sinus pressure and congestion is reduced too.
So far I think it’s doing something. I’ll have to update after trying for longer but I feel like something is shifting in my sinuses.
