I’ve tried lots of different things because I have chronic sinusitis, the biofilm clear has worked better than most anything I’ve ever used.
The Biofilm clear is excellent at clearing lingering congestion by breaking up biofilm. I am very happy to have discovered the product.
Ive always had what I call a stuffy nose . I constantly use flonase ,had surgery which helped a little but still not clear. Sometimes I had to use afrin until I tried this cause I saw on a reddit thread. Its the only thing that helps me breath CLEAR at night !!! So glad I stumbled on this !

I decided to try this because I liked the ingredient profile, especially the xylitol and silver. The spray produces a fine mist that doesn’t irritate my nose. It leaves my nasal passages feeling clean and hydrated rather than dry like some other sprays I’ve tried. I’ve been using it regularly and really like the overall quality of the product.
I’ve been dealing with some weird headache like pain and have always thought there was as a mold exposure connection. After about 2nd or 3rd day of using nasal spray, headaches have calmed down…coincidence? I’ll keep using them for sure!
I’ve suffered from chronic fungal sinus infections for years. I’ve done many Prescription rinse treatments and found them to be somewhat effective. However, I’ve been using Biofilm for about a month and have been satisfied with the results. It definitely helps remove mucous and mold when using it consistently. I recommend.
I have been dx with CIRS & I have nasal MARCoNS because of mold & biotoxins. This nasal spray is just what the doc ordered. Easy to take 3x day! Thanks for making such a great product.

I love the product. The only thing that worked to finally get my constant sinus issues under control. However, dissapointed in the new smaller size and plastic bottle. Why did you change it?

I have only been using this for a couple days but it is already making a difference. I have used 2 other products before this but I wasn’t getting any results. So happy I got this!
Started working immediately, got a Herxheimer reaction and still coughing up lots of mucus plugs. I am optimistic this will help mold recovery.
So far, product works well. No side effects. Slowly working my dose up. I like that it actually smells somewhat good whereas many other nasal sprays do not. Does not burn or cause irritation. I like the combo of ingredients in this one - will see how well it works with time
I think it’s pretty good..not sure what it’s doing, but I have a history of of sinus issues and it seems to be helping a lot..

Don't know hour well it's working. I haven't noticed feeling different but I don't know if I'm supposed to.
Clear my nasal passages without burning. I am highly sensitive, but i could tolerate it. I am planning to alternate with a propolis masal spray to soothe the mucosa .Fast shipping, good presentation. Nice customer service.It definetely hits the infections in my nostrils due to mold exposure plus lyme and coinfections. In my case , just 1 spray in eahnostrils per day does the job.
Works well for congestion - I like it better than CClear for my MARCONS
